Buchanan’s four orders stop at systems. They were written before a system could act. I extended them to a fifth and a sixth - intelligence, then agency - and argued it in public across 280 nodes of design history, so the extension could be checked against the record instead of taken on my word. It is there to be argued with.

A claim about intent has to survive contact with how buyers actually behave. They do not move through a funnel. They loop, enter mid-field, and sit in two phases at once. So the CPQA ecosystem is modelled as a field instead of mapped as a journey - contexts as gravity wells, actors as particles, capability rings where human coverage collapses under load while the platform floor holds. The funnel was always a drawing of what we wished they did.

A charter is usually a document. Mine - Learn through Deploy, across a 50+ person design organization in fifteen countries, directed through influence rather than reporting line - is loaded into DesignOS as living context instead. Strategy held as memory the practice runs on, so intent is carried by the system instead of restated in every brief. Six steps, quality gates, a Context Kit of eight corpus templates attached to every prompt. Nobody starts from zero.

A system can only resolve intent if it knows the intent. Same goes for the org.
